Let the real questions begin!!!

1. What TH level will this show up? (general consensus looks like TH 5)
2. What will it cost to fix? Gold or elixir?
3. Will they introduce a 4th resource?
4. Where will it take us (hopefully not boom beach or clash royale)
5. How will the war mechanics change because of this addition?
6. How many lvls do I have to catch up with to bring it to my current TH lvl?
7. New defenses added to defend against the boat?
8. New troop introduction?

Any other questions/speculations?
